By Ali Hibbs Albany, N.Y. — The New York Senate Standing Committees on Agriculture and Labor are holding three public hearings across the state in coming weeks — in Morrisville, Smithtown and Loch Sheldrake — to hear public testimony on the proposed Farmworkers Fair Labor Act. The bill, introduced by Sen. Jessica Ramos, D-Queens, would amend state labor law to grant collective bargaining rights to
