By Ali Hibbs New York, N.Y. — A federal judge has dismissed an attempt by Trump legal team to prevent state prosecutors from accessing eight years’ worth of the president’s tax returns. Under the federal filing seeking a preliminary injunction barring Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance from obtaining the tax returns, Trump’s lawyers argued that a sitting president can’t be subjected to any criminal
