NY in standoff with US over immigrant drivers' licenses and Trusted Traveler ban

Andrew Cuomo and President Donald Trump ended in impasse, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Acting Director Matthew Albence came to the Capital Region to appeal to state lawmakers to reverse a new law that has caused the federal government to ban New York residents from its Trusted Traveler program.
