Cap Region cleared for phase IV as 8 states are added to travel quarantine list
New York — The governor announced Tuesday that the Capital Region will be able to enter phase four of the state’s reopening plan on Wednesday, June 1, and that eight states have been added to the list of those from which travelers are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine after arriving in New York. Additionally, there is free COVID-19 testing for members of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ticonderoga
