By MIKE SCHNEIDER, Associated Press Fathers in the U.S. tend to be better educated than men without children, and relatively few men have children over age 40. These are some of the conclusions in a report released this week by the U.S. Census Bureau, just in time for Father's Day. The data in the report come from 2014 when the bureau for the first time asked both men and women about their fertility
