Luck of the Ghostly Charm
Litwicks and Gengars surrounded me, I couldn’t get away
Litwick and Gengars surrounded me on that fateful day.
They beat me down, then killed my team, and I knew I was next
But before they could, I had screamed my lungs out to attest.
They took my soul and hated the taste so they let me go
But sadly now I am forever forced to roam.
If you are to meet me, know that peace is my only wish
But you’ll only know me by purple flame and turquoise mist.
I’m forced to be a Chandelure, to light my fire bright
But every Trainer flees from me, no matter day or night.
But if you are to meet me, I will never harm
As is my only wish to be a good luck charm.
I swear to protect other Trainers, from them you’ll be safe
You won’t have to worry about the Ghost-types here until your dying day.
When you’re struggling to hold onto life and to stay awake
I’ll smile from your deathbed window, saying, “Let go, it’s okay.”
I swore to protect others from these woods, as these ghosts will brutal forever
But I won’t let these ones reach another Trainer, not now, soon, later or ever.
Once again, I will not attack and I do not wish to harm
Because I wish to be peaceful to Trainers and be their good luck charm.
Godspeed, godspell, and good travels. I wish you all the best of luck.
