A fantasy horror story set in a world reminiscent of that of "Final Fantasy" games of the past. When Minerva disappeared over 12 years ago, no one was expecting her to suddenly return, least of all her. Seemingly unable to remember any of the events that occured in the 12 year period, and remarkably unconcerned with that fact, Minerva sets out for the Silverclaw Academy, intent on regaining some control over her life. However, when mysterious forces seem to start invading the school, those 12 years will come back to haunt Minerva in the disastrous way possible.

Was it any given day that made a sermon turn to each kindred soul and speak? It can be that dawn cracks the ages. On occasion, and at most, dawn is plain and dawn completes a new day. To hell, the nay sayers say. But who spawned first, the drug or the addict?

"Key-Kee!" Nadine echoed, her tiny hands gripping the floor as she crawled forward, her voice bubbling with excitement. "No, it is Kit-Ty," Harold corrected, shaking his head. "She says it wrong. She is still a baby," Elise said gently. "Meow, meow… meowww," Nadine mimicked the family cat, her tiny frame wiggling like a kitten in play. Eli dropped to his hands and knees beside her. "Meowww!" he exaggerated, scrunching his nose and wiggling his fingers like whiskers. "Ugh, this is ridiculous," Harold groaned. As Nadine moved, the soft fur of her costume brushed against her arms, keeping her warm against the cool fall air. She did not know it yet, but this was something she would carry forever. Her orange-striped costume tail flicked behind her. It was her first Halloween, the night she would start transforming into something more. Later, as shadows stretched across the walls, she whispered her first sign of something greater. "Here, Key-Kee."

"The melody of ‘Jesus Loves the Little Children’ drifted through the quiet church, each note steady beneath Yara’s fingertips. No one noticed how her back stiffened, how her breath caught just slightly before she pressed forward, playing through the sharp waves of pain. The music continued, but time itself seemed to slow. It wasn’t time. Not yet."

6 Reasons Why Everyone Should Incorporate Crystals Into Daily Life ✨

I’ll be honest—I didn’t start working with crystals because I “knew what I was doing.” I was simply drawn to their beauty. But once I held my first labradorite in my hand, something shifted. It felt magical, almost like carrying a spark of mystery and protection with me everywhere I went. Since then, crystals have become a small but meaningful part of my daily routine—and I truly believe they can do the same for you. Here’s why I think everyone should give crystals a try.

Whatever you do. Do it with GOD

Key Points: Feeling lost and helpless. Maybe now, but this feeling won't last forever. Pray and rest. no need to rush

After School. Not so Special

DEAR ASK A PUNK -The summer is almost over and for the first time in my life, I don't have to go back-to-school in September. I graduated last spring from a state college with a standard 4 year degree and then, like every summer before, moved back to my parent's house and got my old summer job back and was just relieved to be DONE with school, but everything got more expensive this summer and I spent so much money on gas going to and from work and out with my boyfriend or friends (we live in the middle of nowhere, so there's a lot of driving) that I've barely saved anything, not enough to move anywhere or make any major changes. Also I haven't yet done any of the stuff you're supposed to do like write my resume or any of that and I don't know what I'm going to do if September rolls around and I'm still working that same job and sleeping in the room I spent my childhood in. It feels like I'm slipping into a vortex. How do I get out of it? …Summer Girl

I want to know

This letter confronts the cracks in love and partnership: the transactional dynamic, lack of intimacy, and emotional neglect that bleed into questions of parenting. If presence, effort, and true desire are missing in the relationship, how could they sustain raising a child?

Why You Should Visit Bilbao: Hidden Gems and MoreJul 17, 2025

"Finally made it to Bilbao! A personal travel story and guide to the best of this Basque city. Discover Casco Viejo, pintxos, the Guggenheim, and hidden gems in the heart of northern Spain." You know the feeling when you keep telling yourself, “I have to go there”? Somehow, you just… never do. That was me with Bilbao. For years. It kept popping up on my list, quietly sitting there, waiting. But this time, I finally did it. I went to the north of Spain, to the heart of the Basque Country. I discovered a city that completely surprised me.

Blade Runner - Script #1: A Deep Dive into Humanity, Morality, and Identity

Released in 1982, Blade Runner has solidified itself as one of the most influential films in the sci-fi genre. Inspired by Philip K. Dick's novel, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, the film challenges the audience with timeless questions about what it means to be human. It delves into the complexities of identity and explores the consequences of artificial life in a profoundly relevant way today.

Hello. My name is Dr. AY Heath; you can call me Angel. I'm here to chronicle a big goal for myself. And trust me, it is a very big goal. So what is this big goal. I’m going to read and break down 150 film scripts. That does sound like a lot, but it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while and, after stepping away from my corporate job, I dove into film school and have been diving deep into the process of storytelling. But I want to do more than just learn technical skills; I want to understand what works and doesn't and see where we're in this big filmmaking industry.

A Love Story in Past Tense

The Hidden Horrors of Eagle Ranch Academy: A Survivor’s Call for Justice

Breaking the Silence: Abuse at Eagle Ranch Academy For too long, the truth about Eagle Ranch Academy in St. George, Utah, has been buried beneath polished marketing brochures and promises of “healing troubled teens.” Parents are told that their children will receive guidance, structure, and therapy. But the reality, as told by survivors, is far darker: Eagle Ranch is not a sanctuary—it is a site of systematic abuse.

Employees who preyed on residents at the Hillside children's center.

A true story of sexual abuse that took place from the years 2002 to 2003 at Hillside Children's center in Rochester, New York.

Top 5 Tips for Canine body language

As a dog trainer, I believe it’s essential that every puppy parent learns to truly understand what their dog—and even other dogs—are trying to communicate. Our furry companions may not speak our language, but they are always “talking” through their body language. When we take the time to observe and interpret these signals, we give them the gift of being heard and understood. This understanding is the foundation of not just effective training, but also of building trust, respect, and the kind of unbreakable bond every pet parent dreams of. By learning a few simple body language cues, you’ll be better equipped to recognize when your dog is happy, nervous, playful, or unsure. To help you get started, I’ve carefully selected the Top 5 Dog Body Language Tips every pet parent should know. With these insights, you’ll open the door to easier training sessions, smoother communication, and a deeper connection with your best friend.
