My name is Maisha J. Emmanuel, and I am writing this because I am running out of options, and time is not on my side. I am fighting for my life every single day against inhumane treatment, systematic abuse, and a coordinated effort to erase my truth and destroy my existence.

This is not just a family dispute. This is organized, intentional harm funded and supported by people who should have protected me, and by those they are connected to.

I am sharing my story publicly because staying silent has only made things worse. I need help, and I need witnesses. I need anyone who reads this to understand that what I am living through is not normal, not “drama,” and not something I can simply “walk away from.” I have tried. They make sure I can’t.

The Abuse I Endure Every Day

On a daily basis, I suffer inhumane treatment and psychological warfare paid for and orchestrated by my own family and the criminal network they are tied to. They have turned their money, connections, and influence into weapons against me.

They spread lies to paint me as unstable or dangerous drug addicted mental patient when in reality, they are the ones inflicting harm, and are all the things they claim that I am. They create and support false narratives and, I believe, have gone as far as fabricating or manipulating documents to defame my name, discredit my voice, and keep the truth from coming out regarding the ongoing physical, emotional, systemic abuse I have endured my whole life by the hands they bribe to do their dirty work for them. Whether it's sending handlers to date, befriend or work with me. Consistently working with corrupt medical and legal individuals to falsify information to make sure I don't receive the help and support I need in any state and now outside of the country.

My character is constantly attacked so that anything I say can be dismissed as a “story,” instead of a cry for help.

I am stalked and harassed by mentally unwell, drug-addicted individuals within my own family who are being used as tools to push this agenda. They follow me—physically, digitally, socially—and do everything they can to intimidate, isolate, and destabilize me. Wherever I go, they attempt to poison people against me with their venomous lies.

A Campaign to Destroy My Stability and Safety

This is not random or accidental. It is a deliberate campaign to sabotage every aspect of my life.

My finances are targeted so I cannot build independence, escape, or protect myself. They interfere with my opportunities and income and destabilize my housing and safety for over five years. I feel their hands everywhere: in my money, in my mobility, in my peace of mind.

They have spread falsehoods about me to anyone they can bribe or influence. They have weaponized the legal system—filing or supporting false documentation, attempting to twist the court system in the United States, and possibly in Canada, to legitimize their fabricated story about me. This is done not out of concern, but out of greed, corruption, and hatred, and a fight for assets that legally belong to me by birthright. It is about money, control, and silencing me.

My corrupt family members have repeatedly tried to push me toward the edge—physically, mentally, emotionally. They continuously try to have me killed, or have me “disappear,” just like other family members who were sacrificed for their greed, power, and image.

The Cost of Telling the Truth

My “crime” is telling the truth about who they really are: an incestuous, satanic, criminal-minded, drug addicted, deeply sick family members who are willing to sacrifice their own to preserve wealth and power. I spoke up, and they decided I needed to be destroyed faster than before for exposing the truth about my life.

For standing up and exposing their darkness, I have paid with my safety, my mental health, my stability, my isolation and all of my savings. I have exhausted my funds running from their abuse, trying to escape their reach, and attempting to rebuild my life over and over again for over the past five years. Each time, they find a way to sabotage my new beginnings. From state to state and now from country to country.

They want me to remain poverty stricken trapped, and desperate so I cannot fight back. They want me stuck in shelters, in survival mode, in a constant state of fear and instability. They block access to assets and resources that rightfully belong to me, keeping me in abject poverty while they continue to benefit from what they have stolen. All gainful employment in the past they have sabotaged, leaving me currently with very few options.

No one should have to live like this—under conditions forced upon them by a malicious group of unstable people driven by hatred, obsession, greed, and a need for control.

Yet this has been my reality for too many years. My family is trying to obtain a false power of attorney over my life by falsifying medical documents to entrap me. Right now they are using staff members at the shelter I currently reside in to have me removed under false pretenses and detained, extradited back to the USA to a death sentence if I even reach the border once they have me in their clutches. These heinous sinister acts trample over my civil, legal and human rights. The members of this shelter staff and residents are supporting my families aggregious desperate illegal acts against me for money.

The People Behind the Harm

The people doing this to me are not strangers. They are my mother, cousins, aunts, uncles, and their paid associates. They are I suspect under the same criminal organization, demanding silence and loyalty while they exploit, abuse, and destroy anyone who threatens their façade to continue their ongoing criminal activities against innocent victims.

They are obsessed with controlling the narrative about me, about our family, and about our history. They will lie, bribe, and manipulate anyone they can—friends, neighbors, locals, professionals, and even institutions—to keep their secrets hidden and their money flowing. This organization is dangerous and may include celebrities, and government figures and other corrupt people in power. This seems to be sn international organization as well. Many different faces from around the world are a part of this organization. Dummy corporations under my name which I did not authorize on the Sun.biz website and other illegal uses of my identity predicated by my mother and cousin who have been illegally using my identity for years.

Their actions are not only immoral; these people are highly dangerous. This is not just “family drama.” This is long-term, systemic abuse backed by money, intimidation, and organized criminal ties.

 Why I Am Speaking Out Now

I am speaking out because I have reached a breaking point. I am running out of safe places, out of funds, and out of time. I am tired of living in fear. I am tired of being hunted like an animal, lied about, and pushed into deeper poverty so I cannot fight back.

I am currently in a shelter with no real resources or stability, not because I am lazy or irresponsible, but because my family has deliberately sabotaged my finances and opportunities, false narrative and documentation to keep me stuck. They want me exactly where I am: vulnerable, discredited, and easy to erase.

I cannot do this alone anymore.

I am fighting for my life. I am fighting for my freedom. I am fighting for the right to exist without being hunted like an animal by my own family and their criminal sinister connections.
