First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Ruben. A few friends of mine and members of this community are looking for help. I live in Asheville, North Carolina. I currently sent my family to stay a few hours away in Rock Hill. As you know, the hurricane completely destroyed our town and the surrounding areas. A lot of people are still trapped, hungry, and without power. Children are hurt and the elderly are trapped in the destruction. We have to all do our part. My friends and I are asking for everyone to have a heart and think of your fellow neighbors who are suffering in this tragic event. We need to stand together and help all these families who are still looking for their other family members and friends. I am asking that if anyone can help, please find it in your heart to donate anything you can. All funds will be going into gasoline for transportation of supplies and rescue fuel for chainsaws and other tools like shovels, saws, and axes to help clear debris, food, water, and warm clothing.
