Pullback (Easy): The Pullback is a move that will take you in the opposite direction from where you moving toward. It is sometimes used to turn away from pressure, allowing you to change the direction of play. To do it, you put one foot on the ball and drag it backwards across your body in a fluid motion. Your hip should turn with your foot as well. Once you have turned 180 degrees from either side, you have completed the move.

Stepover (Medium): The Stepover is a move that can take you in the opposite direction or on either side of you. If you want it in the other direction, you have to take one foot and move it around the outside of the ball until your foot is in front of the ball. You then want to take you other foot and move it so that the outside of your foot that went over the ball is closer to it. After that, you hit the ball with the outside of your foot so that is goes in the opposite direction of the way that you were facing. If you want to make the ball go next to you, you have to move one foot around the ball but this time, all the way around the ball until your foot is almost above your other foot. You should then take the foot that did not go around the ball and put it right next to your other foot. You can then hit the ball with the outside of your foot and follow the ball. You have then completed the move.

Maradona (Hard): The Maradona is a move that you can use to beat the man in front of you. You start by doing a toe tap with one of you feet. Then you turn do a 360 and when you are halfway done with the 360, you drag the ball across your body in a fluid motion and finish in the way that you started. Once you do the move, you have to have a burst of speed because it only confuses the defender for only a bit of time. You could also pair another move or one listed above with the Maradona to have a different outcome. It may be a bit hard to do it the first time so I would keep on repeating these instructions until you are comfortable doing this move under pressure.

Conclusion: These moves are the foundation for an amazing soccer player. Keep on practicing them until you get comfortable doing the moves. If you want to you could put together these moves and other moves you know to make a double move or maybe even a triple move. These moves will definitely improve you ball handling and soccer performance. Now let's get out there and play some soccer.
