Why Chemical Engineering? A Journey Through Its Past, Present, and Future Back in 2015, during my third semester of engineering, I was asked, "Why Chemical Engineering?" My answer was simple: Chemical engineers are everywhere! From the food we eat to the clothes we wear, the medicines we take, and even the fuels that power our world—Chemical Engineers play a crucial role in shaping our everyday lives.
