Przemyslaw Jeziorski, a UC Berkeley marketing professor, was shot and killed in broad daylight on July 4, 2025, in an upscale suburb of Athens, Greece. The 43-year-old was visiting for a custody hearing involving his two children and was walking near his ex-wife’s home when a masked gunman shot him multiple times at close range. Greek authorities are investigating the murder as a targeted attack and are exploring possible motives, including personal and family disputes. Jeziorski was a respected academic known for his work in marketing and economics, and his death has shocked both the academic community and his loved ones.
