I’m a first-generation Greek-American, born in the U.S. to my immigrant mother who taught me that resilience is inherited, and storytelling is sacred. With over 20 years in the restaurant industry and a deep specialization in Greek wine, I’ve built a career steeped in tradition, taste, and the timeless art of connection. As a sommelier, I’ve spent decades curating experiences—but now, I’m curating something far more intimate: my own story.
I’m the mother of a fiercely bright daughter, now off chasing her own dreams in college. As she steps into her future, I’ve returned to a part of myself long set aside—the writer. The observer. The woman who lived through trauma, joy, heartbreak, reinvention—and is finally ready to speak.
Today, I write with bold vulnerability and quiet strength, weaving essays and memoir that explore the complexities of identity, motherhood, grief, healing, and womanhood. My voice is shaped by the warmth of Mediterranean summers, the weight of untold stories, and the silence that comes after loss. I write in honor of the parts of myself I lost and found along the way.
This isn’t just memoir. It’s a reclamation of self. A reckoning with the past. A deeply human invitation to anyone who’s ever held pain in one hand and hope in the other.
My story begins at the table—where some days it’s about wine, and other days raw memories. Always truth.
If you’ve ever held heartache in one hand and hope in the other, you’ll feel at home here.
