Born in Southern California and raised in the wide-open landscapes of South Dakota, where I still call home, I am a devoted wife, a mother of two wonderful children, and a passionate writer. My husband, my steadfast supporter in all my endeavors, encourages me to pursue my creative dreams. Writing is deeply personal to me, with much of my poetry drawn from the well of my emotions and written straight from the heart. My short stories, inspired by the imaginative world of Doctor Who and the companionship of my beloved corgi, Sparta, carry a blend of whimsy and depth. Sparta shared 10 incredible years by my side, and it is in his honor that I embarked on the journey to publish my stories. Through my writing, I strive to capture the joy, wonder, and heartfelt connections that shape our lives.
