Growing up in a dysfunctional family can make it difficult for individuals to have the self-confidence, wisdom, and healthy boundaries necessary to develop the meaningful, supportive, and strong relationships we all desire. By replacing dysfunctional attitudes and behaviors with healthy ones anyone can eventually develop a life and relationships filled with meaning, happiness, and purpose.
