I write what's real to me. Most of my work comes from my life struggles. Most of my more detailed writings have to do with addiction and mental health issues. Nearly every story is told from three perspectives: the person with the problem, their family and friends, and outsiders looking in. I do this so that the reader can fully submerge into the life of the character, imagine his or her feelings from different angles, and maybe even shed light on why people like me are the way we are.
