Ingredients: For the Egg Foo Young: 4 large eggs 1 cup bean sprouts 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 bell pepper (any color), finely chopped 1 cup cooked protein (such as shrimp, chicken, or pork), shredded or diced (optional) 2 green onions, chopped 1/2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped (optional) 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil Salt and pepper to taste Vegetable oil (for frying) For the Sauce:
