Crunch! Crunch! Deep into the depths of the forest, during these cold autumn nights, I hear strange sounds. Like leaves on the ground getting crushed further into the Earth's chilling surface. Walking further into the forest I hear screeching and squealing. The screeching would be coming from the crows up top waiting to drop down to eat the creature down below that is squealing out in pain. Thud! Thud! Thud! I get closer and closer to the sound until I arrive upon a big boulder and all the noise stops. Suddenly, it's like everything in the world has paused. I slowly raise my hand and place it on the big rock while standing on my tippy toes to see what's behind it. The second my eye conforms to what's on the ground, I gasp loudly, because on the ground, right in front of me is a dead rat. I see a fly buzzing around it, calling the rest of them, and so on. Even more bugs gather around and start their feast. I begin cold sweating, panicking as liquid drips down my face from my forehead. I see a hammer near the dead rat, but no trace of anyone. I feel nauseous after seeing that like I'm about to throw up. I turn away, only to meet eyes with another pair. They have eyes that are dark black as if they don't have any at all. The anonymous figure is wearing a dark black cloak with a hood up and you can tell it's a male due to his very broad shoulders and facial hair peeking out. He suddenly reaches out and grabs the front of my pale vulnerable neck. Everything is happening too fast, it's as if time has sped up itself. The unknown male chokes me hard, his strength incomparable as he pushes me up against a tree trunk. He presses harder and I go higher up while the skin on my back starts to burn and most likely, bleed. I put my hands on top of the figure's, trying my best to remove his hands, but I immediately retreat after feeling how cold he is, he's as cold as ice. I attempt to kick my feet, trying to hit the pale face that the moon is shining upon. I succeed in kicking their nose but unusual bright blue blood starts to drip from their nostrils, the man smirks as he drops me to the ground, right beside the dead rat. The anonymous figure then grabs the hammer... Thud! After one hit to my face, my vision becomes vague as I try to look at the stars in the night sky above me. Soon, the whole world begins to collapse as I hear more and more thuds and an uncomfortable sensation in my head. The sky begins swirling and turning round' n round' until all I see is black and I pass out, just as the man had wanted.

Some people will never know the luxury of living in a small southern town. All the juicy gossip running down the grape vine. We already move and talk slow, which ironically helps to be more observant. Everyone is friendly to each other in public. You would never know just exactly what lies just below the surface of the cotton fields. High society, old money, and culture shocks really don't mix. Add some heat and humidity you might end up biting off more than you can chew.

What is it that makes you question the reality in which we take part in? Growing up I was always known as an outcast or someone that shared way too many dreams that others laughed at. I was bullied for my clothes, my hair, my values and most of all for being who I was. Are any of you out there feeling this way or have felt this way? It’s not who we are that should matter upon our time. It’s who we meet that dictate the way we feel and how we react to things. But why is it that we let those bother our emotional, and or physical state? It’s pathetic. People can judge you and everything else but the only person that should care is yourself. It’s hard to look within the mirror and believe what they say is not true as you just have no hope for those who could see the better within yourself. My family always told me those are the people that have their own underlying issues that they cover up by making someone else feel a pain they may have felt or do constantly feel. I know I’m not any scientist but the question always ponders. Why do people do what they do? It’s simple. It’s a cry from their own damage and trauma. However, fuck them for ruining your life for what they thought would make them happier. In the end karma is always going to happen to those that deserve it. I know this may sound brutal but in all honesty it’s just the beginning to how this world has fallen to absolute shit. I want people to know they are not alone. That they can come to this page and write any crazy story without feeling and ounce of regret. This is to let your emotions go and to just say fuck you to anyone and everything that has ever made you doubt yourself worth, your power, and your dignity. Thank you, please comment ideas or any suggestions. Be brutal if it sucks, I like feed back! Love you all, I’m glad to get to know you. P.S there is hope around every corner, just make the right turn. - Ali Voss

Rome (Italian and Latin: Roma [ˈroːma] ⓘ) is the capital city of Italy. It is also the capital of the Lazio region, the centre of the Metropolitan City of Rome, and a special comune named Comune di Roma Capitale. With 2,860,009 residents in 1,285 km2 (496.1 sq mi),[2] Rome is the country's most populated comune and the third most populous city in the European Union by population within city limits. The Metropolitan City of Rome, with a population of 4,355,725 residents, is the most populous metropolitan city in Italy.[3] Its metropolitan area is the third-most populous within Italy.[4] Rome is located in the central-western portion of the Italian Peninsula, within Lazio (Latium), along the shores of the Tiber. Vatican City (the smallest country in the world)[5] is an independent country inside the city boundaries of Rome, the only existing example of a country within a city. Rome is often referred to as the City of Seven Hills due to its geographic location, and also as the "Eternal City".[6] Rome is generally considered to be the "cradle of Western civilization and Christian culture", and the centre of the Catholic Church.[7][8][9]
