Life Coaching Techniques!
I feel the text brings up an important question, namely, some effective life coaching techniques which can be implemented in one's career. Some outstanding techniques include active listening, goal setting, accountability partners, and others that will go a long way in helping personal growth and professional development.
Active listening is a key aspect of life coaching because it offers a secure space for the client to express themselves on their thoughts and feelings.
