My Book Review of David Adam's The Man Who Couldn't Stop

I found this book to be very interesting from the first page. Adam really tapped into the essence of OCD and created a well written and witty explanation of one of the world's most misunderstood mental disorders. This book is just over 300 pages and has 16 very intriguing chapters. It is one of the few non-fiction books
