This is about the preschool head heart hands which have shocked me to my core to find out that they aren't even a functioning company. But first let's get into how this information leaked to me through an anonymous staff member that went through an experience with the company, they didn't know what they would go through on this new job. The unnamed person found out about this job through Facebook because they were looking for a job like most people would. which immediately the owner responded by giving them the job because they had experience with volunteering at a preschool . The company is owned by a married couple that they allegedly said " they have kept this company running for 14 years." so when they first went into the preschool they felt weird about everything when going into the job, they felt that it was all fake because they say it's a school but there are no lesson plans. It was more of a daycare which it was but they put it as a school to get government funding, by the Arizona department of economic security (DES) which is a program related to children's services, guardianship and adoption. They started work in July which only lasted for 6 weeks because it was a poor management company. there was no communication through the husband because he was an egoistic person when it came to his business and staff, he was intimidating to the staff because the staff had ideas or suggests that sounded great but they were to scared to put there opinions to their boss because he would said "why are are you worry about my company, just worry about your job." He seems kinda self-centered just because his business has been open for 14 years. also he would talk behind staff backs if he had to come into work if it was short staff because he had two other jobs. He didn't follow up on his company promise of understanding the staff if they couldn't make it to work if it was an emergency. which then he would make a big deal about with other staff or saying it out loud. the staff were not treated well either and the work was stressful because per person had to take up 5 to 8 kids in there class which was a problem because it was under ratio the boss didn't really say anything if the staff said anything about the class had too many kids he would just let all the parents kids in. When he wasn't in the company someone was left in charge but none of the staff wanted to be in charge so no one really knew who to go to if they had questions. but that didn't really change either because when a staff member questioned him he would never answer. also they asked about how much the parents pay for the kids to be in that preschool which also was never answered because they were being paid every hour. then the staff had only 30 mins lunch and no breaks, because they agreed to it because they were short staffed. the company seems not to be a legit business because every documents about the kids were not updated,the routines is hand written, but that isn't even the worries part because there was expired baby food that were still in the preschool because when they were cleaning they found baby food was already expired from April and June 2018, they even feed the expired food to the babies! then the building was really old too because the paint was peeling off the wall. The cleaning management wasn't proof-able like the fan wasn't even cleaned which sucked because when it got hot the kids would have only one fan which made the kids mad which let them not behave sometimes. even the toys were old which you could really tell because the toys had black stains or gunk. The classrooms always smelled like poo too. When this was all happening they found out that the other boss, the wife, wasn't even close to their business; she was in Phoenix going to school when her business was a mess. they would also have a women that was a child development specialist that came by which she would study the babies to see if they develop enough for her standards but the thing was that the babies were only 6 months old and the parents didn't even know about the specialist because they wanted there baby to develop on their own time, the babies didn't have to rush. There was even an orphan in this company care too, which the kids would misbehave and when they did for some reason the staff would call the wife to calm them down by bribing them by saying they would get them stuff but it seems they were lies because no one got them anything. The HR company too is at fault because when they were leaving the job they saw an HR person was doing a checkup but the strange thing was they were only checking up one class and just left. The horrible thing is the owners of that business didn't even recognize that the staff that put in a week's leave didn't even remember or she would say they didn't update them about leaving the job which they did. they didn't even provide a final paycheck on their last day of employment. They knew that this company wasn't a functioning company because she knew what a good preschool company was because her kids went to NACOG where she was a volunteer which she learned a lot from about being the cleanest of a school. even to this day I questioned if the parents ever went inside the preschool or invited in for activities? While this was going on I wanted to have parents know about this information so they wouldn't spend their money on a fraudulent company.
