I am on a calorie deficit and hope to achieve my goal by the beginning of next year, I'm not gonna push myself to much to where my body struggles as in I'm not gonna starve myself or not feed my body enough. I'm gonna do my workouts for 30 minuets a day every day and continue to eat my fruits and veggies and portion out my food. I want to also achieve little goals so that I can comfortably enjoying the holidays and the delicious homemade southern food.
