One Morning in late December I got out of Bed to get an Explosion of Pain in my Back I could not stand, I actually saw Stars & collapsed down to the Carpet Frozen. The first time I ever saw Stars under distress & do not recommend it to others. I could not get up, not wearing much but the thought came in- “you’re not going to solve this without Paramedics help.” I managed to Crab Walk to my Clothes, found my Phone, unlocked my Door, and called 911.
