Authorities confirmed Saturday that the child killed in a tragic school bus crash on Friday was a " pre-K" student. The transport vehicle was delivering students of Tom Green Elementary School back to their homes, when hit head-on by a cement mixer. The other fatality was an adult driving behind the bus.
