Set a "Hidden Trap" in the interview. Give them a task with a slightly unreasonable deadline or a missing piece of information. Don't look at the quality of the work; look at how they ask for clarification or handle the pressure.

In your next job post, ask candidates to "use the word 'Blueberry' in the subject line." 50% will fail. Delete them immediately. If they can't follow a small instruction, they can't run your systems.
