Environmental Control: You are a product of your environment. Optimizing your physical space is the easiest way to optimize your mental performance.

This isn't about militant minimalism; it's about eliminating unnecessary sensory input. The rule is simple: at the end of your workday, everything goes back to its "home." The only things allowed on your desk for tomorrow morning are your monitor/laptop, keyboard, mouse, and notebook.

The 60-Second Reset: Tonight, before you log off, set a 60-second timer. Put everything else on your desk away (in a drawer, on a shelf). Wipe the surface clean. You must walk into a "ready-to-work" environment tomorrow.

You can publish here, too - it's easy and free.
