Life Fury

The world, relentless in it's rage, rushes in to shatter life so vague. No remorse-lingers for the broken souls.

Twisting and turning, i seek escape from its unyielding hold.

Life indifferent, crashes down without a pause.

It smothers me until no longer recognize myself.

Desperately I cling to the life i have built-resisting the pull of the darkness, refusing to fade.

To grasp the truth, the past must retreat into the shade, allowing the dawn's new light to rise.

To let this shadow dissolve in the warmth of the new day.
