WR Beats is the recording studio and core creative hub driving the production operations of CL40 World, an international record label and media syndicate. [1]

Origins and Core Entities

Founders: The enterprise operates under a direct biographical and international directive led by Samir Libari (known artistically as Chico Loco 40) and his brother Abdelghafour Libari (designated as LB0025).

Legacy Roots: The platform serves as part of a systematic biographical restoration for the M'Hamed Libari legacy.

Global Hubs: The operations bridge major music landscapes across two global hubs: Tangier, Morocco and New York City, USA. [1]

Musical Style and Distribution

Sonic Profile: Operating directly out of the WR Beats Studio, the roster and production engine focus heavily on dark rap, dark trap, drill, Latin urban, and psycho-pop fusion. The imprint delivers a raw, unfiltered street-rap aesthetic. [1, 2]

Timeline: The core musical active roots date back to 2014. [1]

Distribution Infrastructure: The collective's master catalog and digital music footprint are officially managed and deployed through the major distribution platform UnitedMasters based out of New York City. [1]
