Simplified Weight Loss while staying away from Dangerous Chemicals

Some of us who don’t live in the Gym or have a condition/ recovery from a serious illness have gained Weight over the Years. It sneeks up slowly, Myself included.

What can simply be done to stop the Cycle- if your Weight is at 300 lbs. That heavy puts you on the edge of type 2 Diabetes which will completely make your life much more complicated. Most want to jump into Weight Loss Pills or for those massively heavy- Surgery. Weight Loss Pills can cause a Heart Attack as they raise your System’s physical activity while not doing anything.

If you have Cancer needing Chemotherapy you will lose 2 to 3 Pounds every Month without stopping. I’ll admit I was in treatment for Multiple Myeloma & Chemo started me on my weight loss Qwest. 5 Years in I’d lost 135 Pounds, so I had time to add my Diet Change on top.

The simple Diet change is,

Cut down on Soda. Soda is very fattening & Diet may have no Sugar but high Sodium in large amounts and Chemicals that can still treat you to Type 2 Diabetes anyway.

Reduce your Pizza, Snacks & Sugary Foods. Sounds logical right? You won’t need to totally stop these Foods as if you do try to you will get cravings for them & ruin your progress. Remember checking your loss will be a big motivator!

After that it’s time to find out what you like in healthy Foods like Lean Ground Beef, healthy Chicken Breast, Veggies etc. Health Shakes are beneficial too as a lunch with another item. You’ll get almost all your Vitamins & Minerals every day if drink one for Lunch.

Remember this is a simple safer way & will take time so stay positive.
