Why am I Constantly Hungry?

Simply… Overeating…

The People I’ve had to share a Place with for a bit are both Overweight & Questionable Health but continue to Eat too much. Both are likely to be on the way for Type 2 Diabetes. Way too much Sodium, High Blood Pressure & constant 5 to 7 Cans of Soda consumption pr. Day. I’m surprised that I haven’t needed a trip to the ER.

I ask both why do they both eat full Meals on top of other full Meals finished just a few hours ago?

One just says he’s a big Boy now with a “Pop-A-Holic” Family & He hasn’t died from it yet. The other says She’s Hungry & grabs a bag of chips, but Healthy Spaghetti is already on the Stove. Neither is a valid reason. Geeze man! Are they thinking at all? Obviously not.

When People Overeat, the Stomach stretches to hold more Food but also changes Appetite’s & Brain Processing telling them they are still Hungry, but really not. Having an overstuffed Fridge/ Cabinets keeps the desire for unhealthy Snacking constant.

So, what can they do?

Well basically they need change eating habits- Keep some of the not too bad for your food’s but kill constant eating. Just standard 3 Meals pr. Day. After a bit Appetite’s will rebalance out & The Brain will stop the “I’m still Hungry”. Still, I need to focus on a Weight Loss plan & Medical help getting dangerous health conditions under control. Common store-bought Chips & Soda are very Fattening but happens Slowly so most don’t notice until a major Body look changes. Food eaten after 10PM usually doesn’t get fully Digested but stored as Fat. Why do they say- no eating after 10PM?
