Accessibility helps everyone when it’s done properly.

That’s why it makes no sense as to why people don’t want to fix accessibility.

Accessibility is more complicated yet not than people realize.

Accessibility is about inclusion, diversity , acceptance ,awareness, Independence, respect, safety and dignity

Accessibility is a safety concern in a lot of areas. Uneven, or broke roads and sidewalks. Broken, or small elevators, only steps, lack of translators, unable to see, or hear properly depending on circumstances

Theres unfortunately a lot of accessibility problems that are mostly hard if not impossible to do anything about

But There are plenty of accessibility practices that can done in a cost effective and time efficient manner.

Simple things such as adding grab bars in all aspects of the bathroom. Making sure everything is close together but have spade to move still. And able to get in without there being any humps.

Basic needs are affected with accessibility not being followed and it’s scary and sad.

ADA is a wonderful new addition to America, even tho it’s faulty at times. It’s also hard to use at times for older buildings or areas that predate ADA.
