Joe, you’re right. Trump is not perfect. His supporters took no more war as a big promise, and he took the country into a war that has left 23 U.S. service members dead, including noncombat deaths, and 865 wounded, according to the Pentagon’s October 29 update. You read his Maher post for nine minutes, and it is the longest of his roughly 97,000 posts. You called the war a quagmire and criticized the Epstein files. Say it louder. I’ll say it with you.

Luc Olinga writes that the manosphere is walking away. Walking away is not a plan. Olinga cites a CNN exit poll showing Trump winning men 18 to 29, 49% to 47%. ABC’s polling director, analyzing the same national exit poll, reported the reverse. I could not open CNN’s table.

You voted for Trump for reasons. In Pew’s 2024 survey, 93% of his supporters said the economy was very important, 82% immigration, 76% violent crime, and 70% foreign policy. Those reasons haven’t gone away. So read what is on the other side. A movement inside the Democratic Party has published a program to abolish the Senate and the Electoral College and to replace the President and the Supreme Court with officers chosen by and subordinate to Congress. It would end ICE detentions and deportations, defund the Department of War, and put the largest corporations under public ownership. Its co-chair says “we don’t think that’s extreme.” Five of its members just won House primaries. Jeffries and Booker said no. Schumer wouldn’t say.

Hold Trump to account. Make Congress enforce the war clock. Amend § 202(c) so the conflict-of-interest statute covers the President and Vice President, and require disclosure for officeholder-branded digital assets. But a fight with your own side is no reason to hand the keys to people who want a new constitution.
