My name is Ellis, and I am non-binary. But how did I realize that? A couple years back I was watching a show called the owl house. I noticed a character who was referred to as they, them, and theirs. My parents told me transgender and non-binary people exist, but I didn't really understand what they meant. So I started doing research on all different identities that are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
