My soul hurts

I don’t know why but it does

I know that I am not enough

But believing I am is fun

People say that they love me

But love goes as far as the condition does

Certain eyes give a certain buzz

But the devil is petty, he plays with love

Dont ask me if I’m okay, I always am

If I told you the truth you wouldnt stand my ground

Said no matter what, and or the days to count

But you’ll leave I can feel it already, quit playin around

I just need peace, to be left alone

Maybe then I wouldn’t be missing home

The black sheep but I still bear the stone

Build the family and then your flames and smoke

Dont pretend that you care, I realize now

I was another game, to make face, sweet and loud

Another piece to a puzzle you still haven’t figured out

Now the pieces dont match, just throw me away I won’t make a sound

If you leave now and pretend not to care

Maybe my heart and soul will be spared

“Enough” is a word taken by despair

Just give it back before you leave me here

The world has taught me that demons wear many faces

You find hope in the Lowest places

And the moon is always beautiful, until love take it

So hear me now and let me lie in your head

That I never cared, and I’ll say it again

You tore me a part, but on the other hand

“Enough” is the only word you ever had..

The cruelest beauty, and devilish way

Is beleiving you took care of the pain

Riding a coattail mounted to another mane

A coat that I sew with my own bare hands

You can give it back, I really do want it

But the meaning will stay, until death owns it

It has living breathe now, but for death as a loner

He will cast the word into fire, his sculptures will atone it

Maybe then it will be held with more care

Than Halloween Candy, or a Kings heir

Maybe it can be spoken without such despair

Maybe the only word you ever had, could create the stairs

Or maybe it will be given away again

I will let myself in to stay with “a friend”

Break the only thread tying me to myself again

And let Enough be the limit I intend..
