Homemade Chicken Pad Thai
Ingredients: For the Pad Thai Sauce: 1/4 cup fish sauce 1/4 cup tamarind paste 3 tablespoons palm sugar or brown sugar 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste) For the Chicken Pad Thai: 8 ounces rice noodles (pad Thai noodles) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, thinly sliced 2 eggs,
