In the early 2000’s a homeless man by the name “Carlos” was given a job, clothing, and a place to stay by Philadelphia resident Jorge Contreras. All was well until august 3rd when the body of 5 year old Iriana DeJesus was found in the basement of the apartment building “Carlos”
