In the early 2000’s a homeless man by the name “Carlos” was given a job, clothing, and a place to stay by Philadelphia resident Jorge Contreras. All was well until august 3rd when the body of 5 year old Iriana DeJesus was found in the basement of the apartment building “Carlos” was supposedly staying at. She was sexually assaulted, strangled, and left wrapped in a trash bag. A few feet away from her body was a shirt bearing distinct political imagery on it, distinct enough that Jorge, when brought in for questioning, identified the shirt as the one he had given “Carlos”. When police went looking for him he was nowhere to be found and had disappeared.

Later in 2002 a man by the name Alexis Flores was arrested for shoplifting and released on bail briefly after. then in late 2007 ,Alexis Flores's DNA INDEX from the arrest in Arizona had come back positive as a match for the murder and assault of Iriana DeJesus, “Carlos “ wasn't Carlos at all but in fact Alexis Flores hiding his true identity.

Alexis had prior warrants and had gone around with multiple aliases and fake IDs so as to not come up on public record as a wanted man. Local police had put out a public records warrant to find him as soon as possible, sadly this alerted him to flee the country, and never be caught to this day. He is the most wanted man in America as of right now.
