good morning, afternoon, evening, etcetera. first example: where is the sun in the sky right now? is the sun out at all? is it night time? whatever hour it is, let this mean something to you, even if it's just for now. one practice I cannot recommend enough is something I call word-vomit. gross, I know, but it's really just letting your buzzing thoughts out onto paper and filling up at least a page.
