Overthinking. Going too deep & not enough love. What do I do?
Breath & Listen.
Let go. Stop trying to control things.
Only control yourself and what YOU do.
Saying, "idk idk idk idk" repeatedly with tears running down my face in a rocking motion.
Feeling stuck in my head. Asking what's wrong with me?
Something must be wrong with me. What's real and what's fake.
I don't feel anything. I feel numb. (for right now, you'll be back).
