I opened my eyes and met his, bright but unfamiliar to what I was feeling. It scared me. To be thrown back into a moment in time when I didn’t know what love looked like.
You try and hold me down, and I’m not doing it.
The reoccurring nightmares had taken a break for a few weeks, only to come back last night with a vengeance.
Relentless? Yeah. Hate is relentless. Anger is relentless. Fear? SO relentless.
But I don’t live there anymore, and I’ve changed my address.
