A lack of discernment
A lack of discernment
There's nothing as sincere
As a mother's kiss
And there's nothing as gruesome
As a mother's deception
I see my husband
Breathing his last
Getting ready to step in eternity
And my young men
Will soon receive their blessings
My first born grips his father's hand
While the younger is left in the sea of forgetfulness
I say to my younger, Dress yourself
As your older brother would
Find another reward
With a superior reflection
He goes to his father
Seeing his eyes so dim
But my husband embraces him
And gives him the blessing
Then the elder child walks in.
