

Healing and from a bad relationship.


Firstly you must always put yourself first when it comes to your happiness and mental health. In most cases if you are emotionally neglected you tend not to notice unless someone says something. Most of the time when that happens though you tend to give your partner more than what they give you.
When or if you do see this happening to yourself you have to break the loop. Its normal to sit there and blame yourself but in a lot of situations that is not the case.
Take time for yourself, take care of yourself. Its important to take care of yourself physically and emotionally if you find yourself in this type of situation, or similar situations. Self care is always part of any healing process. Depending on the person self care comes in all different forms, some people like relaxing and some people like rage rooms. It all boils down to personal preference.
Self care Examples: Journaling, Reading, Art, Listening to music, Setting boundaries, Hanging out with friends, Cleaning, Go for a walk, Yoga, Therapy.
There are more ways to help heal from and bad or toxic relationship it all depends on what helps. Again the first step to healing and self care is to actually understand your situation. You cant always look at something from one point of view.
