A world renown painter, suffers the loss of his greatest love. Coping with her passing, he struggles to find meaning in life itself. The painter, who hadn't spoken to his estranged mother in over two and a half decades, mysteriously inherits a home, somewhere along a dry patch of ground in the Mojave Desert. Deciding a fresh start would better suit him, he transplants his life there from the bustling life of New York City.
