When going through difficult times and having to face them alone, I often write my thoughts and feelings as a way to find peace and closure. Sometimes I develop a form of “writers block.” And find it difficult to express my thoughts and feelings; even to myself…. I often; drift away in my own mind, indulging in nostalgic thoughts, which often take me back to the same moment in time… To a time my heart and soul felt and experienced… Something I no longer do.
