Gratitude has been one of the main mindsets that gets me through when I'm struggling with feeling emotions I don't like. This one is for the gratitude I have for my health.
I already know I'm a dork, I have too much positivity, blah, blah, blah. I knew these things way before I was ever told, which btw, I never asked anyone's opinion.
My gratitude has literally brought me to tears which in itself can feel overwhelming but it makes for a good soul cleansing.
