An Open Letter: To the Forgotten Parts of Humanity There are some of us who didn’t need to be taught how to feel. We didn’t need hours of meditation or spiritual practice to recognize energy, truth, or emotional shifts in a room. We just knew. We always have. We are often called empaths, or starseed children. Labels don’t matter much. What matters is the experience. From a young age, I could feel everything.
