This is my personal experience with DID (Formerly MPD). I will note that there are trigger warnings of abuse, eating disorders, and more. It's a lot for me, and writing something so personal that's impossible to a good amount of people is scary. But, I wrote it anyway. I said I'd go over all mental health, and I will.
