Cat: «I'm going to miss you Charlie»

Charlie: «I'm going to miss you more»

Cat and Charlie playfully bicker about who's going to miss who more until Cat says he has to leave before he misses the train

Cat: «Okay, now I have to go now before I miss the train»

Charlie: «Good Luck, Cat. Make that dream come true.. for yourself... and for me»

Cat: «Will do. Bye...»

Charlie: «Bye..»

Charlie starts to tear up while waving her paw, knowing she won't see Cat again in a couples of years. She knows Cat will be fine among the humans. They have been best friends since Cat was 4 and Charlie was 5. They are now 18 and 19. Cat told Charlie to make friends so she wouldn't be lonely when he left eventually, and she did, Chuck and Chase. They are also Cat's friends who will miss him but they know Cat will be fine because he is smart.
