"False Apologies" is as simple as the title is. It does, in fact, talk about how false apologies--ones where people don't mean a single word they say--can affect the people around them. Especially their loved ones. sometimes, no matter how many chances you give a person, *they* never learn, but *we* can learn to give people second chances wisely.
