I am a 35 year old currently in school for physiology. I have spent 18 years battling additional and attempting to sustain recovery after a Dr. wildly over prescribed pain medication for a surgery. I have been involved in all aspects of the drug spectrum. My life has played out like a plot for a movie and against all odds I survived. I have committed myself to using my experience to helping those who struggled like I have. I want to become a force for good. I hope you enjoy my perspective into the world of addiction and recovery.
